Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed & packaged for courier pick up within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or information will be published on our social media platforms.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and payment method. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard 2-3 Business Days – $25
  • Cash on Delivery – $50
  • Pick Up – No Charge

Delivery Estimates:

All orders are estimated to be delivered between 2-3 Business Days from pick up (i.e. being picked up by the courier), with the exception of Tobago orders which are estimated at 3-5 Business Days from pick up.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

For Standard 2-3 Business Days you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Note: Cash on Delivery Orders do not have tracking numbers

Pick Up Orders

Pick Ups are facilitated at our Salon, and confirmation of pick up time with the salon is required prior to pickup. Details for contact are included in the order confirmation email.

Note: We have designed this website and improved our business to be Cashless. Therefore all Pick up orders must have been previously paid either online with VISA Debit/ Credit Card or via Online Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy

Canceling an Order

You can request to cancel any order before it ships, via your account page, or via your order confirmation emails (for those who do not have customer accounts).

Note: Any order paid with Credit Card on our website will incur a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted prior to your refund.

Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are being prepared for shipment.
